We specialize in data conversions, moving existing information into new systems or integrating new information into existing formats.

Joel Smith has been involved with Macintosh computers since their introduction in 1984. He has been an active advocate of the platform and the solutions it enables. Joel's skills include multimedia development, database development, custom applications, digital imaging and photography, digital video editing, systems integrations, scripting and troubleshooting. Joel is also the president of m3 Consulting & Services.

Christian Smith
Christian Smith develops, enhances and supports FileMaker Pro databases for Macintosh and Windows clients, including setup and support for networked databases using FileMaker Server and Server Advanced. She started working with FileMaker Pro version 2 in 1994, became a FileMaker 7 Certified Developer in 2004 when FileMaker certification was established, and became a FileMaker 8 Certified Developer in 2007. Before joining m3 Consulting & Services, she edited heavy volumes of international legal materials at the Center for Oceans Law & Policy at the University of Virginia School of Law.
